This study deals with the role of administrative control authority in maintaining public health order under the outbreak of The Pandemic of Corona - COVID 19 - and its consequences for various spheres of life in Algeria, The researcher aims to know how the administrative authority contribute at the centralized and decentralized level to hold the epidemiological position by applying the quarantine system, social distancing and other preventive measures taken it also included restrictions on rights and freedoms.

In conclusion, were reached the prominent role played by the President of the Republic in the adoption of various measures preventive under his constitutional powers, in addition to the role of centralized and decentralized control authority to cope the health crisis and reducing the outbreak of The Pandemic, although limited powers exercised by the president of communal people's assembly, considering main function is to maintain public order various elements, this requires strengthening its position in the field of public health protection.
