This research paper aims to highlight the role of the Aarhus Convention as an effective regional instrument of global importance, as this is by far the most important achievement and extension of the tenth principle of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development in 1992, and as such, it represents the most ambitious project, which has been launched so far Under the auspices of the United Nations in the field of "environmental democracy", and in addition, the Aarhus Convention is a new type of international environmental agreement that links environmental rights to human rights, and it is recognition and recognition that there is an obligation to the current mountains to obtain information related to important decisions that affect Their environment, participate in making these decisions, and resort to the judiciary to reach environmental justice, without dispelling the needs of future generations in that.
