The public transaction is one of the most important types of administrative contracts concluded by the state, the most prominent area of it is for the public expenditure,it is the artery that stimulates the development side of ang countg,a vital aera is for corruption in all its froms, the Algerian legislator reformed the legal system of public transaction, which makes its supervision necessary, as the pivotal tool to move the country’s enconomy forward, the study focused on the legal converage of the amendment made by presidential decree 15-247 to the provisions on administrative control,and a stumbling block to the implementation of the state’s public policier,the provisions of which are in line with the gaps that existed in the legal texts governing public transactions.
