Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the quality of professional life in the Algerian worker.

A study was applied to a sample of 30 employees from the Directorate of Water Resources in the state of Mila.

The descriptive approach and questionnaire were used as a means of collecting data.

Algeria is linked to: appropriate and convenient conditions, providing good material and moral factors that facilitate the professional life, providing the means required to perform the tasks, and satisfaction of the employee himself and his happiness with what it offers, material and moral motivation, and relations with colleagues.
