يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة التنمية المستدامة كمقاربة تهدف إلى تحسين الإطار المعيشي للمواطن حماية كوكب الأرض و تطوير الصناعة النظيفة و السليمة و تحقيق هذه الأهداف مرتبط بإقامة بنى تحتية جيدة النوعية و موثوقة و مستدامة تعتمد على تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات وتمكين الجميع من الاستفادة من التنمية بتكلفة ميسورة و على قدم المساواة بغض النظر عن الجنس أو العرق أو الدين.

This article aims to study sustainable development as an approach that aims to improve the livelihood framework of the citizen, protect the planet and develop clean and sound industry, and achieving these goals is linked to the establishment of good-quality, reliable and sustainable infrastructure that depends on information and communications technology, and enable everyone to benefit from development at affordable and equal cost regardless of gender, race or religion
