The issuance of arbitration award has some procedural implications, some of which are directed to the arbitration award itself, and to the parties to the dispute, which is the commitment of the parties not to bring the dispute in which the arbitral tribunal decided a final ruling again to the judiciary, given that the arbitration award has the authority to judge the matter once it is issued in fulfillment of the conditions required.

And also from the effect of what goes to the arbitration tribunal, as once it issues an arbitration award, it exhausts its jurisdiction over the dispute, which was decided in final judgment.
