Abstract EN

The study examines how the legislator in Algeria and Morocco dealt with the definition of digital works, and this is through analyzing the laws of both countries, where we adopted the descriptive analytical approach by analyzing the laws that dealt with the definition of digital works in the two countries and comparing them with each other, and through the study we reached several consequences, the most important of which is that the legislation of the two countries deals with the definition of digital works, and it remains unable to provide an accurate definition of this type of works, as neither the Algerian nor Moroccan legislators provided an accurate definition of the digital work in its general form, while the attempts between the two countries to control the definition of these works according to types varied.
