All nation of the world had put a commitment upon themselves to protect the environment after the convening of Rio de Janeiro conference.

For that, they tried to adopt national strategies that ensure and Support the relation between the environment and development, and activate it they set a collection of laws which had faced at execution many social, economic and polilical obstacles.

To face these different obstacles, nations especially devloping countries seek to challenge it, they aim to reach to effective environmental, and strengthen environmental legislative framework and establish a legislative environmental database.
