Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the electronic education and importance of this education especially its great impact at this time for the progress of the educational process after its disruption of the reality of this education in Iraq and availability of electronic education applications to facing the reasons that prompted us to pay attention to this aspect in addition to identifying the obstacles that prevent progression and what are the challenges and the reality of e-learning.

The research has reached some recommendations and proposals that focus on supporting the teacher and learner, providing the infrastructure that is in line with the current development and attention to educational content that applies with quality standardization.
