The requirement of interest is one of the most important objective conditions on which to accept a claim, as it is the guarantor of the seriousness of the case and not to be out of the purpose established by the law, according to the doctrine, "No claim without interest".

In this regard, the paper aims to highlight the meaning of the requirement of interest in the case and the effect of its demise during the proceedings on the validity of the proceedings under the legal problems raised in this regard, in accordance with the requirements of the provisions of the legislation and the jurisprudence.
