الاستعانة بالوسائل الإلكترونية في التقاضي العديد من المزايا إلا أن هناك تخوفات من ينصب على جدواها و ما إذا كان تطبيق هذه تطبيق هذا النظام المعلوماتي، البعض منها الوسائل من شأنه أن يسهم ف رفع كفاءة القضاء و حول شرعية ما يتفرع عنها من إجراءات تفرغ في مراحل سير الدعوى والخصومة المدنية، و جانب آخر من التخوفات ينصرف إلى مستقبل العدالة على هذا النحو وما سيترتب عنه.
Abstract EN
Using electronic means to sue has many advantages, but there are fears of applying this information system.
Some of them focus on their usefulness and whether the application of these means will contribute to the efficiency of the judiciary and the legitimacy of the procedures that are a branch of the judiciary in the stages of the proceedings and civil litigation.
Another aspect of concern is the future of justice in this way and its consequences.
