Algeria's experience in creating independent administrative authorities

Abstract EN

In the framework of the reforms and modernization processes adopted by Algeria, many regulatory bodies have been created since 1990.

By taking this legal form of Comparative law as a new way of governing, that fostering transparency, consultation and negotiation, as well as providing professionalism, effectiveness, and impartiality in resolution of problems and in interventions, under the "Regulatory State".

This research comes in the context of identifying the concept of the term "Independent Administrative Authorities" (IAAs), and to find out the Algeria's experience in creating this category of regulatory structures in various fields, such as: media, protection of citizen's rights, economics, and finance.

Through all the statutes relating to the creation, re-creation, suppression or replacement of such bodies in different areas.

Further research is always needed in this area, which is constantly changing, in order to ensure that the legal institutional system remains consistent, stable and sustainable.
