Abstract EN

In order to ensure the stability of e-commerce transactions and protect the interest of the electronic consumer by facilitating the process of proof of such transactions, the Algerian legislator, according to the law 18-05 on e-commerce, has an essential obligation on the electronic supplier to preserve the records of the completed transactions and their dates and send them electronically to the National Registry Center.

For this purpose, Executive Decree No.

19-89 on how to keep electronic business transaction records has been issued and sent to the National Center for Commercial Registration, which we aim to show through the study.
