If direct prospecting as a form of electronic advertising is a means justified by the freedom of trade on the one hand, and take the electronic way to attract as many costumers as possible, to achieve the largest turnover for the electronic supplier, would affect the private digital life, on the basis of this, the algerian legislator, under law 18-07 on the protection of phisic persons in processing of personal data, has legal safeguards aimed at ensuring that the electronic network is used to market directly its products, to protect the person being explored as the customer from the risk of the electronic resource violating the person’s personal data in he digital environment.
