تهدف الدراسة إلى بحث موضوع واقع تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، لتحقيق الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال تصميم استبيان يحتوي على 29 سؤال تم توزيعه على 108 إطار في المؤسسات محل الدراسة؛ و تم اعتماد برنامج SPSS في التحليل، لتظهر نتائج الدراسة أن المؤسسات تطبق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة وتبين أيضا وجود اختلاف في تقييم المستجوبين لتوفر المبادئ حسب البيانات الشخصية و الوظيفية
Abstract EN
The study aims to examine the topic of the reality of applying the principles of total quality management in Algerian economic institutions; To achieve the goal, the descriptive approach was relied upon by designing a questionnaire containing 29 questions distributed to 108 frameworks in the institutions under study.
The SPSS program was adopted in the analysis, to show the results of the study that the institutions apply the principles of total quality management and also show a difference in the respondents' evaluation of the availability of principles according to personal and job data
