The aim of the research is to evaluate the performance of teachers of science subject in light of comprehensive quality standards.

In order to verify the goal, a sample consisting of (7) of science teachers was chosen with a simple random assignment from the mixed primary day research community schools.

A note card consisting of (69 paragraphs) was prepared.

Verification of its apparent sincerity and consistency as it reached (80%).

The observation form card was applied in the second semester of the academic year 2018-2019 to the research sample to identify the teaching performance, as the results showed a weakness in the level of teaching performance of teachers of science subject in light of the comprehensive quality standards, and accordingly The researcher recommends that The Ministry of Education was built to train teachers by conducting targeted educational workshops to introduce the standards of teaching performance quality, to keep pace with scientific changes and achieve quality requirements as a basic step to improve the educational learning process, and suggests conducting further studies to find out the problems and obstacles in schools in applying comprehensive quality
