Abstract EN

The objective of the current research is to define the level of performance of secondary school principals in the technical tasks from the point of view of the teachers.

The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive method.

After selecting the research society, the sample was selected in a simple random way.

It reached 180 teachers in secondary schools in Diwaniyah city center As for the search tool, a questionnaire was adopted (Al-Absi, 2012), consisting of 40 paragraphs.

After extracting the cykometric properties of all the paragraphs of the questionnaire, the research tool was applied to the sample , The results found that the responses of the sample members ranged between the average and the accepted in terms of the level of performance of secondary school principals.

There are significant statistical differences according to the variables of scientific qualification, sex, study stage, years of service.
