Abstract AR
إن أهمية هيئات الدعم و المرافقة ناتجة من الدور الذي تؤديه هذه الهيئات في إنجاح مسار المؤسسات الصغيرة من خلال تذليل المشاكل و الصعوبات التي تعترض عملية إنشاء و تنمية المشاريع الناشئة في مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية و حسب متطلبات التنمية المحلية لكل منطقة.
أدركت الجزائر على غرار باقي الدول في العالم أهمية احتضان و مرافقة المشاريع الصغيرة عبر مختلف مراحل نموها و تحويلها إلى فرص استثمارية ناجحة من خلال تبنيها لمجموعة من البرامج و المبادرات التي تصب في صالح تنمية و تطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة و من أهم هذه الآليات نجد الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر و قد حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية القيام بدراسة ميدانية لأهم المشاريع التي استفادت من خدمات هذه الوكالة في الجزائر عموما و في ولاية عين الدفلى خصوصا.

The importance of support and accompaniment organizations results from the role that they play in the success of small enterprises and solving problems and difficulties in the process of establishing them in various economic sectors, According to the requirements of local development in each region Like other countries in the world, Algeria has realized the importance of supporting and accompanying small projects through various stages to become successful investment, It relied on a set of programs and agencies working in the development of small enterprises, and among these agencies we find the National Agency for the Management of the Microcredit.
We have studied the projects that benefited from this agency in Algeria in general and Ain Defla in particular.
