The current research aims at identifying the crisis of good citizenship from the point of view of the students and how to confront it, and suggestions to organize it in the curriculum.

In order to achieve this, the two researchers adopted a design (descriptive approach in the survey method).

The research community in Iraq education students (2016 - 2017) chose 1290 students.

The researchers selected a sample of 120-150 students.

Research tools Data collection tools: Data collection tools were used by the two researchers: 1 -The questionnaire to analyze the opinions of university students.

2 -The criterion of good citizenship.

After reviewing the sources of sociology and educational principles and consulting the specialized professors, the researchers completed the values of citizenship assessed and added some values from the previous studies, then the survey was conducted for the purpose of survey and know the veracity of the form (questionnaire questionnaire) and arbitrated by the competent professors, and used the researcher to analyze the results and unloading The triangular scale of lekarte, the researchers found the following results 1 -The percentage of citizenship is low among university students.

2 -There is no orientation towards the development of good citizenship required.

In light of the results, the researchers presented the following recommendations: -Focus on the values of citizenship in the preparation of curricula, and provide teachers with examples to show how to measure the ability of learners to apply and practice the values of citizenship.

3 -taking into account the problems and current conditions of society when building curricula.

4 -take into account the foundations of the construction of the curriculum (philosophical, social, cultural, religious, psychological, economic, media) when building the curriculum by laying the foundations of good citizenship is distributed to the classes during the course.

5 -Preparation of special meetings and quotas for teachers and awareness of good citizenship and its benefits and study by organizing courses and activities with a focus on the values of citizenship and knowledge of the educational impact of the role of the university professor during teaching.

6 -Emphasize the values of citizenship in the quota, that is, emphasis on teachers to apply the values of citizenship significantly in the classroom
