Social protection focuses on vulnerable or at-risk individuals such as: children, women, the unemployed, the sick, the elderly or the elderly, and from here the state has put in place mechanisms and policies Specifically for children through the work of international organizations and civil society organizations, and in light of this, the study aimed to identify the reality of participatory planning in civil society organizations and international organizations, and to define the role of participatory planning mechanisms in building the capacities of civil society organizations and international organizations, and to identify obstacles facing participatory planning in building capacity Civil society organizations and international organizations, and the study found that the level of participatory planning mechanisms between civil society organizations and international organizations to achieve social protection for children at risk is high, and that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between participatory mechanisms and building the capacities of civil society organizations and international organizations, and this study is a descriptive study.
