The study aims to determine the relationship between the meaning of life and future anxiety in patients with leukemia, and the study hypotheses were: There is a statistically significant inverse relationship between the meaning of life and future anxiety in patients with leukemia, the study adopted the descriptive approach, and the social survey was used by the sample for leukemia patients, and a sample was formed The study was from (119) cases, and their ages ranged from (18-30) years, and the following tools were applied (the meaning of life scale by Muhammad Hassan Al Abyad, the measure of future anxiety by the researcher).

The results of the study concluded that there is a statistically significant inverse relationship between the meaning of life and future anxiety in patients with leukemia, and this may be due to an inverse correlation between these dimensions, and that it came expressive of what the study aims to achieve, and the study reached a proposed program to reduce future anxiety in patients' blood cancer.
