Abstract EN

This study aims to test the effect of the quality of higher education service on the satisfaction of students of Mohammed Siddiq Ben Yahya University - Jijel.

The researchers relied on the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data on the study variables, as it was distributed to a sample of 470 students at the University of Jijel.

In order to process the data, the statistical package for social sciences program was used.

The study found that there is a positive effect of the quality of higher education service on the satisfaction of Jijel University students, this is due to the positive impact of the dimensions: tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy
