Abstract EN

This study aimed to find out the effect of intellectual leadership skills on the organizational change process for a sample of the A,G,Company at the significance level 0.05, and through the distribution of a questionnaire to 75, and the use of a number of statistical indicators and 25 SPSS, the hypothesis that the researchers started from what was validated.

Based on the results of the analysis, a set of recommendations was developed and which core focuses on the need for paying attention to the intellectual skills, especially for leadership employees, as it is one of the main pillars of the success of organizational change programs, and thus the success and continuity of the organization
