The aim of this research is to present a conceptual framework for analyzing the determinants of innovation within SMEs.
This article is organized in three parts.
Given the complexity of the innovation concept and its process, we will try, first of all, to give a simplified conception of innovation and then, to discuss the place of innovation in SMEs.
In a third step, we will present the determinants of innovation in SMEs by highlighting the role of the internal and external environment of the company.
The conceptual model of the determinants of innovation in the context of SMEs will be presented and commented.

L'objectif de cette recherche est de présenter un cadre conceptuel d'analyse des déterminants de l'innovation au sein des PME.
Danc, cet article sera organisé en trois parties.
Compte tenu de la complexité du concept d'innovation et son processus, nous essaierons, tout d'abord, de donner une conception simplifiée de l'innovation et ensuite, de discuter de la place de l'innovation dans les PME.
Dans un 3ème temps, nous présenterons les déterminants de l'innovation dans les PME en mettant en exergue le rôle de l'environnement interne et externe de l'entreprise.
