Rather, it must rely on other means and mechanisms, To the obstacles and obstacles that the Israeli authorities will put in order to prevent their forces from pursuing their crimes against the Palestinian people.

Therefore, alternative mcchanisms should be sought on more than one level, both under international jurisdiction and guaranteed by many international conventions, the most important of which are the Geneva Convention and the Additional Protocol I or before international courts Which arc restricted to the Security Council In light of the above, the study highlighted the obstacles faced by Israel in the International Criminal Court in 1998 and the alternatives available to the Palestinian people in the light of the obstacles that prevent the Palestinians from achieving the justice of this international tribunal and ensuring that the leaders of the Israeli army and the leaders of its political and military institutions Punishment for such crimes.
