Abstract EN

The study aims to highlight the impact of intellectual capital in its components (human capital, structural capital, relationship capital, intellectual assets, intellectual property) in improving the competitive position in its dimensions(superior quality, superior innovation, superior response, superior efficiency) and to achieve objectives of the study 54 views were collected and analyzed in 20 industrial organizations in setif, the study reached several results, the most important which are: a positive impact of intellectual capital with its five dimensions in improving the competitive position of organizations.
