تم دراسة تأثير مبيد الحشائش من مجموعة الكربامات المعروف باسم الساترن، على صحة أسماك المبروك العادي و المستزرعة في محافظة كفر الشيخ.
- تم تحديد التركيز المييت (LC 50) من الساترن لأسماك المبروك، و قد وجد أنه 9.4 من المليون / 48 ساعة.
- تم تعريض مجموعة من الأسماك لنصف و عشر الجرعة النصف مميتة من المبيد لمدة سبعة أيام و ستة أسابيع كلا على حدة، فأظهرت أعراض مرضية عصبية و تنفسية تمثلت في عوم الأسماك على سطح الماء و ابتلاع الهواء الجوى و الحركة السريعة لغطاء الخياشيم و اختلال طريقة العوم.
- أظهرت نتائج الاختبارات البيوكيميائية على مصل دم أسماك المبروك المعرضة للمبيد وجود زيادة معنوية في نشاط أنزيمات الكبد مثل الاسبرتات أمينو ترانس فيريز (AST)، و الالانين أمينو ترانس فيريز (ALT)، و الالكالين فوسفاتيز (ALP) طوال فترة التجارب.
- أظهرت الفحوص الهستوباثولوجية لأسماك المبروك التي تعرضت للمبيد، وجود تغيرات مرضية خلوية في الأعضاء المختلفة مثل الكبد و الكلى.
- أثبتت نتائج تحليل أنسجة عضلات و كبد الأسماك المعرضة لتركيزات مختلفة من المبيد، وجود بقايا المبيد في هذه الأنسجة بنسب تتناسب مع تركيز المبيد في المياه و فترة تعرض الأسماك لها.
Abstract EN
The effects of carbonate herbicide, Saturn, on the health status of Common carp (Cyprinids carpio L.).
Were studied.
The LC50 of Saturn herbicide was 9.4 ppm / 48 hours.
Fish exposed to different concentrations of Saturn (1 / 2 and 1 / 10 LC50) for different periods of 7 days and 6 weeks, respectively ; showed nervous and respiratory disorders manifested by surfacing, gasping, rapid opercula movements and abnormal swimming behavior.
The biochemical functions of the liver ; showed significant increase in aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activities all over the experimental period.
Histopathologically investigations revealed different pathological tissue alterations in both liver and kidneys.
The residual analysis of Saturn in flesh and liver revealed presence of such herbicide in these tissues in different values depending on the used concentration and time of exposure.
