This Research Aims to Increase the Efficiency of E-Learning through Human Resources Management in the Esraa University College, as the Research Problem that Accompanies E-Learning, Especially in the Iraqi Environment, Starts from a Weakness in The Internet and a Large Number of Students, and the Lack of Familiarity with the Technical Side Due to the Inability of Human Resources to Adapt to The New Systems in Iraqi Universities and the Spread in Recent Times of the Corona-Virus Pandemic and the Demonstrations, which Prompted the Researchers to Apply the Research in the Esraa University College and Distribute 40 Questionnaires, 31 of which were Retrieved.

The Research Reached a Number of Results, the Most Important of which was that The Value of the Simple Linear Regression Coefficient (Impact) is 0.419, which means that 42% of the Variables that Occur in Electronic Performance are Mainly Due to Changes in Human Resource Management, while the Remaining 58% Other Random Variables the Model did not consider.
