This research is concerned with the study of emotional intelligence in children with cerebral motor disability because it is one of the most important factors in the success of the individual in social and professional life and personal and social compatibility and that it can be developed and developed within the psychological supervision.

The aim of the research was to find out the effect of this care in developing the dimensions of emotional intelligence by comparing between Two groups, one of which is located in the psychological center of the pedagogic and the other did not receive an psychological follow-up and the selection of the sample of the study of the number of six in an intentional manner ranging between 10-12 years and rely on the case study methodology has been used several tools represented P Interview, observation and testing of emotional intelligence researcher after verification of its properties Elseco metric.
