This study aimed to identify the level of adherence to treatment and satisfaction with health services and the relationship between them among patients with renal failure, and statistically significant differences in the two variables due to age, sex, educational level.

The study was conducted on 52 patients followed their treatment at the Blood Filtration Department in Batna Hospital and clinic Maghreb, using two questionnaries which were designed by the researcher; the first was for the adherence to treatment and the second was for satisfaction with health services, after ensuring their ability to measure, following the descriptive approach and using statistical appropriate methods, the results areHigh level of both adherence to treatment and satisfaction with health services among patients with renal failureThere is no statistically significant correlation between satisfaction with health services and adherence to treatment among patients with renal failureThere were no statistically significant differences in both adherence to treatment and satisfaction with health services in sample due to age, gender, educational level
