تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس حجم تأثير الدعم الحكومي المقدم إلى المؤسسات الصغيرة و المصغرة (MSEs) من قبل الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب (ANSEJ) على خلق فرص العمل في الجزائر بواسطة نموذج قياسي.
تغطي البيانات الطولية (08 قطاعات) آفقا زمنيا مدته 21 عاما خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1997 إلى غاية 2017.
تمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام تقنية تحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد (نموذج الانحدار التجمعي PRM) تم التقدير باستخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية (OLS).
وفي إطار تحليل البيانات أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن القروض المدعومة تؤثر إيجابيا على خلق فرص العمل.
في حين أن الإعفاءات الضريبية لا تؤثر على خلق فرص العمل.
Abstract EN
This study aims to measure the size of the impact of government subsidy provided to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) by The National Youth Employment Support Agency (ANSEJ) on job creation in Algeria, from the perspective of econometrics.
Data panel (for 08 sectors) covers a twenty-one-year time horizon, from 1997 to 2017.
The data was processed using the technique of multiple linear regression.
The estimation was made by the Ordinary Least Squares method (OLS), using the Pooled Regression Model (PRM).
The results of the study denoted: the loans subsidized affect positively the creation of job opportunities.
While the tax breaks do not affect job creation.
