The study aimed at identifying the reality of organization of communication in Algeria Post Corporation (directorate-general), by measuring the degree of Availability of organizational structure dimensions and discovering of the nature of organizational relations and determining the level of efficiency and effectiveness of organization.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (51) paragraphs.

The study was based on Complete Census for the research community which consist of (10) employees in the communication directorate.

The study concluded that: the degree of Availability of organizational structure dimensions in communication directorate is medium (3.
