this study aims to investigate the impact of one of the dimensions of management intelligence, which is the strategic intelligence on the process of strategic diagnosis through a questionnaire distributed to administrators and heads Sections of Basrah Mills and WISSO.

The study found that the level of effectiveness of the process of strategic diagnosis and strategic intelligence of the sample is high, in addition to a positive correlation amounting to the degree of influence between the variable of strategic intelligence and the process of strategic diagnosis, where the foresight dimention primarily affect the process of strategic diagnosis, unlike the Partnership dimention.
