Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the contribution of the institution's project in the Algerian secondary schools as a modern ground for enhancing the efficiency of the school environment and improving the quality of the teacher's performance.

This is based on the fact that the teacher's professionalism stems mainly from the directions of the work of the team.

For this purpose, the content analysis technique was applied to an estimated 52 secondary schools through the projects of their institutions already submitted to the competent authorities; we analyzed 52 projects estimated at 1508 pages.

After collecting and analyzing the data: - few attention to the educational problems related to the essence of the educational process, such as: school dropout and reluctance to study.

- There is no clarity of procedural effective and professional solutions to educational problems.
