The end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20 th Century, has seen the concentration of the efforts of researchers and critics to find new thought.

But, the observers can notice that this critical thought each time try to rebel against the previous one and make many changes.

It has seen many different stages which are different and various.

Thus, the modern Arab critical literary is influenced by the occidental literary visions and many other, but the centre of our attention is concentrated on the measures of the transfiguration of the structural constituent scool in the modern Arab literary critic.

This transfiguration is clear and evident through a big number of ideas and critical visions of the Arab world, so, the domination of the thought of this school on our critical ideas to direct them for the structural literary text and to see it purely constructivist as it is closed about itself total the same time try to find a historical structure to interpret it.
