Abstract EN

hmad bin Naser Al-Daoudi is considered as one of the most known figures of the Al-Malki doctrine, and there's nothing as a strong evidence of that as all the fatwahs and his advisory opinions that were passed on through the greatest scientists of the doctrine which served as a great evidence on the high position he had between his acquaintances from Al-Malki doctrine.

In addition to that, he mastered other sciences of shariaa' such as: Hadith, Tafseer and many others, and all of his publications and says that reached us demonstrated a clear proof on that.

His book "Al-Amwal" comes in a leading position among the Al-Malki doctrine financial books in the Arab Maghreb and the Andalus.

He wrote this book to answer the so many questions and situations that happened to people and which needed a clear answer from the Quran and Sunnah.

Al-Daoudi included in this book all of his opinions, discussions and objections towards those who published prior to him in this field, whether they were from the doctrine scientists or from other areas.

Al-Daoudi divided the book into chapters and each chapter by turn divided into smaller parts.

He started by reviewing theoretical issues, moving to practical applications which served as answers to a lot of incidences and questions that he received.

And by that, his answers were all based on his clear perception, the Quran and the Sunnah.
