تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز معالم الإمامة كوظيفة من الوظائف المسجدية التي نالت حيزا كبيرا من الاهتمام و الدراسة في القديم و الحديث كما تسعى إلى تتبع و رصد أهم الصعوبات و المشكلات التي تعترض أصحاب هذه الوظيفة و ما تسببه لهم من ضغوط.
و من خلال طرح تحليلي سوسيو-تنظيمي حاولت بسط و تفصيل الأطر الشرعية و القانونية لوظيفة الإمامة في الوقت الراهن مشفوعة بعرض لأهم الضغوط المهنية و التي نختصرها في عبء العمل و غموض الدور و نقص التأهيل و ضعف أجور الأئمة و ظروف العمل الصعبة و الرقابة المتشدد عليهم.
و توجت الدراسة بخاتمة تضمنت جملة من التوصيات تراها الدراسة هامة و كفيلة بتحسين وضعية الأئمة نفسيا و اجتماعيا ووظيفيا
Abstract EN
This study aims to highlight the characteristics of the imamate, which is a function of the mosque, by explaining the most important difficulties and problems faced by the officials of this job and the pressures it causes.
Through a socio-organizational analytical proposal, we tried to detail the legal frameworks of the Imamate function at present, followed by a presentation of the most important causes of professional pressure, which we summarize in: workload, ambiguity of roles, lack of qualifications, poor wages, difficult working conditions and close supervision of imams.
