بقدر ما كانت الانترنت فضاء للرأي الحر و و عاء استوعب كل ثقافات العالم وموسوعة كل المعارف و العلوم بقدر ما كان الاستخدام السلبي وغير الشرعي لها وخيم العواقب إذ وجدت المجتمعات و الحكومات و الأفراد نفسها أمام وضع جديد و سلوكات و جرائم جديدة أخذت صفة الإلكترونية و مجرم ذكي إلكتروني قادر على الولوج إلى مواقع الحكومات و المؤسسات الرسمية و التجسس عليها و فك شفرات المواقع و اختراقها و حجبها و أحيانا تدميرها و سرقة البطاقات الائتمانية وعودة القراصنة قراصنة معلومات ومواقع لا صائدي كنوز و التعدي على حقوق الملكية الفكرية بالنشر و النسخ دون عودة لمالكي الحقوق كما أصبح بالإمكان انتهاك الأمن و الخصوصية و المحرمات و أفكار لجماعات متطرفة تروج للإرهاب وغيرها من أنواع الجرائم الإلكترونية لا سيما مع مزايا و خصائص الإعلام الجديد التي جعلت الكل مساهما و فاعلا و منتجا و مستخدما فالشبكة مفتوحة للجميع بمجرد أن يكون الفرد متصلا بالانترنت مما يضاعف من تحديات الأمن المعلوماتي و سبل المواجهة.

As far as the internet a space of free opinion and a pot that orb all the world's cultures and encyclopedia of knowledge and sciences as is negative illegal use had severe consequences on societies governments and individuals that found themselves in front a new situation, behaviors and crimes which took the feature of electronic.
and such an intelligent criminal that can access to institutions and governments sitesblocking them and sometimes distracting them and infringing private life as well as intellectual copyright and many other crimes especially with the new media which made of every one a contributor, productive, user since the net is accessible to everyone once the individual is connected to the internet that double the information security challenges and ways of confrontationsKey words: Security, Information security, The crime, Fyber crime, The new media.
