Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of fouqaha of the Islamic West in discussing the issues of urbanization and in the production of jurisprudential legal texts that correspond to the problems and disputes posed to the Faqih and the Judge in order to organize and manage social relations within the area of urbanization in West islamic.

It is necessary to trace the authorship and works in the field of jurisprudence in a historical manner, and to examine the development and diversity of its issues from the period of islamic conquests until the end of the 4th century / AD 10, and also researching on the reasons for its superiority and diversity in Andalusia and Ifriquya, and the ence or loss of works in both middle maghreb and maghreb Al aksa.
