Organizations in general and educational institutions in particular are characterized by internal and external interactions between their different actors.

these interactions either formal or informal develop deep relationships that may result in some phenomena, such as the phenomenon of conflict.

the education sector, especially the secondary phase, has known since 2000s different conflicts that must be seriously analyzed and studied.

the prevalence and the persistence of this phenomenon in this phase for more than fifteen (15) years was due to different causes such as the absence of channels of dialogue between contestants, the absence of rational management in some educational institutions, and the lack of training and experience in resolving conflicts, etc.

however, the specificity of the education sector, especially the secondary phase, requires serious and objective thinking in order to find appropriate solutions, because the implications of this phenomenon are very deep.

the most important ones are the impact they leave on the psychological side of the individual (professor) and the morale of the group on the one hand and their influence on the solidarity of the group on the other hand.

moreover, they have a bad impact on the effectiveness of the management of the educational institutions where students are the victims since they are the basis of the educational process.
