This study aims to identify the concept of human capital and how to invest in it through education and training, in addition to highlighting the importance of its exploitation in the industrial sector due to the characteristics of the latter, most notably its great ability to absorb labor and high labor productivity, by reviewing the Malaysian experience in the investing its human capital and using it to improve the productivity of its industrial sector and its development.

we concluded that Malaysia has largely succeeded in developing its human capital and directing it to serve the economy, which led to the improvement of indicators of the industrial sector and its increased contribution to the formation of its gross domestic product.
