Abstract EN

The study aims to know the impact of the application of prudential systems that strengthen the regulatory systems, as well as the impact of the application of the Algerian banking system for these various precautionary standards.

By examining the trends of the Bank of Algeria in implementing the decisions of the Basel Convention on Banking Supervision, we concluded that the Algerian banking system found great difficulties in the implementation of the second and third agreement despite successive reforms and adherence to most principles of effective banking supervision issued by the Committee.
