The research aims to investigate the connection between a good Packaging policy and international marketing; the mediating impact of effective pricing policy, the data have been collected from 50 senior manager of Sudanese firms.

Questionnaire was used to collect the data; overall response rate was 80%.

Many statistic tools have been utilized, reliability test, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression to the goodness of measures and interrelationships.

The outcomes exhibited that good Packaging policy significantly influenced international marketing, also effective pricing policy significantly influenced the international marketing, together with the significantly connotation between a good Packaging policy and effective pricing policy.
