Abstract AR
أصبح الاتصال الجواري إستراتيجية للتغيير وحل الكثير من المشاكل وفي جميع القطاعات كما أنه منهج للتوعية و التحسيس لتجنب الوقوع في المشاكل و الأزمات و يبرز ذلك أكثر في تبنيه كإستراتيجية ليس فقط في وسائل الإعلام بل وفي جميع المجالات الأمنية و الثقافية و الرياضية و حتى في الجانب السياسي خصوصا أثناء التعبئة السياسية و الحملات الانتخابية.
يملك الاتصال الجواري خصائص تجعل دوره فعالا في التغيير الاجتماعي وذلك بالتقرب من الأفراد مهما كانت فئاتهم و انشغالاتهم ومهما اختلفت أعمارهم و مشاكلهم فمن الصعب احتواء الأزمات خارج جواريتها بعيدا عن المجتمع المحلي بكل مقوماته و خصوصياته و مؤسساته كالأسرة و المدرسة و المسجد وغيرها فالاتصال الجواري يبدأ من القاعدة و معرفة تفاصيل الوضعية بالكامل
Abstract EN
The communication of proximity has become a strategy for change and solving many problems in all fields.
It is also a method of awareness and awareness to avoid falling into problems and crises.
This is more evident in its adoption as a strategy not only in the media, but also in all areas of security, culture, sports, political mobilization and electoral campaigns.
It is difficult to contain crises outside their environment away from the local community with all its components and characteristics and institutions such as the family, school, mosque, etc.
The communication of proximity starts from the base and knowledge of full status details.
