This contribution aims to elucidate the importance of support and especially the supervision of student trainees during their training in practice (schools).
It is a text that traces the possible paths of a supervision potentially bringing added value to the development of the professional skills of future teachers, by a detailed presentation of data from action research on the organization of training in the workplace.
In addition, lines of reflection and action to enhance the function of the supervisor were discussed.

Cette contribution a pour but d'élucider l'importance de l'accompagnement et surtout de la supervision des étudiants stagiaires au cours de leur formation en milieu de pratique (établissements scolaires).
Il s'agit d'un texte qui retrace les cheminements possibles d'une supervision potentiellement porteuse d'une valeur ajoutée au développement des compétences professionnelles des futurs enseignants, par un exposé détaillé de données issues des recherches-action touchant l'organisation de la formation en milieu professionnel.
Par ailleurs, des pistes de réflexion et d'action visant à valoriser la fonction du superviseur ont été discutées.
