Abstract EN

The study of the disagreement between al-Akbari and al-Farra is part of an old controversy among grammatical schools which was generated through the grammatical objection among the headmasters of these schools especially between the Kufa and Basra Schools.

What oriented me to this topic is my desire to clarify these ambiguities which were expressed among the pages of Abufurah Al-Akbari book (Al-tabyan fi aerab Al-Qur'an) in which The Basra method was followed.

This made the author stand against the Kufa School especially the headmaster, Al Fara.

So what is the core of the disagreement between them and how is that evident in their opinions? In order to address this problematic, I have first tackled the science of the Quran's syntax grammar (its inception, development and main classifications).

Then, I have allocated a study in the book (the meaning of the Quranic scripture) of Al Fara and (Al-tabyan fi aerab Al- Qur'an) of Al Akbari, based on the descriptive analytical method to accompanied by comparison.

I have found nineteen objections (syntactic and grammatical).

And finally, I have concluded my study with results and suggestions.
