Abstract EN

The aggravation of the situation in Iraq and the failure to implement a political and economic system based on real developmental foundations, led to the emergence of crises and obstacles impeding the achievement of political and economic development.

Thus, This study deals with treatment methods facing such crises and obstacles and reducing its namely: eliminating corruption in all its forms, implementing consensual democracy, abolishing the principle of quotas, expanding political participation, implementing transitional justice the necessity of taking several measures to advance the Iraqi economy, reducing dependence on oil, and making way for non-oil commodity sectors, reducing poverty and eliminating unemployment.
