Abstract EN

Small companies are usually considered as the cornesstone of the economic and social developement process, however with the evolution of economicConditions and growing sharpness of competition, it has become necessary to give more attention to these companies by trying to find new ways for enchancing and promoting theme among these methods we can find the entrepreneurship accompaniment as one of the most modern methods which would enable investors' projects to conceive and concretize their ideas in the field in the shape of companies by presenting them with advices and orientations to assist those entrepreneurs in getting the knowledge and competences to overcome obstacles and difficulties that may arise in the course of the setting up of their company to ensure the survival of their project in the future.

The main objective of this study is to identify the procurement method and its importance in Algeria, in addition OF evaluating the performance of activities supporting entrepreneurial activity through the analysis of statistics of funded projects and their contribution to the creation of JOBS.

This study concluded that these mechanisms play a positive role in the creation of small and medium-sized enterprise, but that their heterogeneity and lack of integration limit the achievement of their development objectives, It is necessary to activate them through a global policy involving all actors and based mainly on the development of the entrepreneurial culture.
