This study deals with a limited field of appreciation in Islamic jurisprudence, despite its width and that it contains many issues of Islamic jurisprudence, what lead Imam Malik to say: '' It is nine-tenths of science.

''; to highlight the importance of appreciation, after it has been defined both in language and in terminology, as well as its position in Islamic legislation.

Focusing on the appreciations of Imam Malik, explaining these appreciations in its jurisprudence side, although its fewness.
