Through this article entitled "Organizational and structural changes of the Algerian public institution - its implications and manifestations on the national economy" we seek to provide an expanded theoretical framework in which the most important historical stages and the structural and organizational changes experienced by the public institution in Algeria, At one point, it represents the vital artery of the national economy, highlighting the various effects of these changes on the positive and negative aspects of the economy in general, through a set of elements which dealt with first, the historical context of the emergence of the Algerian public institution, then the most important change Organizational and structural data which had been affected since independence to today, highlighting the most important signs of the impact on the national economy, and the various manifestations of it on the ground.
